Choose between Sendle Domestic, Parcel Post, Express Post or Pick Up at our Ringwood store. For delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker please choose Australia Post.

Pre-order items will begin shipping from South Korea via express international couriers on the next business day after the official release date. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for them to be delivered to our Melbourne warehouse.

Out of stock items are either soon to be re-stocked or ordered in as required and generally dispatched within 3 to 12 business days or earlier (times can vary).

Orders containing one or more pre-orders will most likely be held until all items are released and available to ship together. To guarantee quicker delivery of your in-stock items we advise placing two orders: one for your pre-order items and another for your in-stock items. There may be additional shipping costs if you decide after purchase to split your pre-order and in-stock items.
