Returns and Replacements

If in the unlikely event you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items from Kpoptime you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. When the items are returned and we verify the returned item we will send you a replacement or process a refund for the item accordingly.
Please choose carefully when ordering on Kpoptime. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase unless you have good reason to cancel. In accordance with new laws from the Department of Fair Trading - you are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you made the wrong choice. You are entitled to a refund if the item you bought is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description on our site.

Returns Procedure

If you are to arrange for your goods to be returned, please contact us at: cs@kpoptime.com.au with your intention to return the goods stating your order number and the product you would like to return. One of our customer service team will get back to you with instructions.
