1. First, please take a video of your turntable play and send it to us by email to info@kpoptime.com.au and we will contact you after confirmation.
2. If you are using some entry-level audio models that do not have a turntable tone arm or weight adjustment function, a bouncing phenomenon may occur when playing some tracks. This is often caused by the level and pressure settings, etc. Please understand that returns/exchanges are not possible for defective playback that occurs due to faulty or poor quality record player problems.
3. There are also cases where playback is not smooth due to static electricity and dust. In these cases, removing it with a dedicated product will usually solve the problem.
※Information regarding LP/VINYL color discs
1. The actual color of the color disc may differ to photos
2. Due to the nature of color discs, there may be color differences between albums during the production process.
3. Colored discs may contain small dots or other color dyes generated during the manufacturing process.
